The Dragonara Palace (building in the lunette) and Dragonara (dragon logo) are the same casino in Malta (not 2 casinos) - but the ownership changed and the new onwers wanted their own items. This is why the ovals were never used on the tables. The "pound" currency of the old dragonara was used until the Euro.

Elephant Hills Casino
The casino is at the Victoria Falls. In Sep 1977, the day after the conclusion of the Elephant Hills Golf Classic, it was hit by a terrorist rocket fired from the Zambian side of the Zambezi River. An uncontrollable fire soon raged throughout the building. There was no fire brigade in the Victoria Falls village, and the nearest fire engine was at the Airport, some 13 kms away. The hotel was destroyed, and remained a shell for the next five or six years, with only a squash court and a bar still operating.

Del Webb's Hotel Sahara
The casino was located on the Las Vegas Strip. It opened in 1952 by Milton Prell. In 1961, the hotel was purchased by Del Webb. Del Webb ran into financial problems in the late 1970s and early 1980s, he sold the Sahara to Paul Lowden (Archon Corporation) for $50 million in 1982. Ownership changed in 1995 when Archon Corporation sold the property to Bill Bennett. Bill Bennett owned the hotel until his death on December 22, 2002. It closed on May 16, 2011.
